Customer Support Specialist

MedManager’s Customer Support Specialist is critical to our users’ overall experience. You will offer frontline assistance by resolving or triaging challenges experienced by our key user groups: healthcare professionals/administrators and their clients (patients). Feedback is a significant component of our ISO 13485-certified quality system, and you will be required to document all customer interactions within our customer feedback management program.
