MedManager is dedicated to providing timely and effective customer support. If you are unable to find the answer you need with our online help tools, then our support team would be happy to assist you with any question related to your chronic disease management solution. There are three ways you can contact MedManager’s support team.
Secure Messaging
If you have an account on a MedManager system, then login and use the secure messaging system to send a note to Support (available in your drop down list).

You may reach us by sending an electronic message from your regular email account (i.e., Outlook™, Hotmail™, etc) to:

Please ensure that you do not include any personal health information in your note since regular email is not encrypted or secure.
